Important terms that apply to insurancefixits.com monthly coverage plans, service requests, payments, cancellation, and approved claim handling.

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

This Coverage Agreement summary explains the basic terms that apply to insurancefixits.com monthly coverage plans. It is intended to help customers understand how coverage works, what is generally included, how service requests are handled, and which fees, exclusions, and cancellation terms may apply. Final coverage is subject to the full service agreement provided at enrollment.

What This Agreement Is

insurancefixits.com offers monthly coverage plans through a 12-month service agreement. These plans are designed to help homeowners address eligible appliance and home system breakdowns, subject to claim approval, service fees, payment terms, exclusions, and the specific coverage selected at enrollment.

These plans are service contracts. They are not homeowners insurance policies and should not be described or interpreted as insurance, legal advice, or financial advice.

Plan Terms and Payments

Website pricing is presented as monthly pricing for customer convenience, but coverage is offered through a 12-month service agreement. To keep coverage active, payments must remain current under the terms of the agreement.

Coverage, pricing, approved claims, service fees, and available plan options may vary by property type, selected plan, service area, contractor availability, and the condition of the item involved.

Covered Items and Claim Approval

Coverage applies only to eligible items specifically included under the selected plan. Not every appliance, system, component, condition, or repair situation is covered. Covered items, exclusions, limits, and service terms are defined by the service agreement connected to your enrollment.

Submitting a service request does not automatically guarantee coverage. Claims are subject to review, diagnosis, contractor findings, and the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Service Requests and Scheduling

When a covered item experiences a breakdown, customers must submit a service request and provide reasonably requested information about the issue. Service appointments are scheduled based on contractor availability, location, diagnosis requirements, and normal business operations.

Expedited service may be available in some situations, but faster scheduling is never guaranteed and remains subject to technician availability, claim review, and any applicable add-on or service agreement terms.

Service Fees, Non-Covered Costs, and Limitations

Customers may be responsible for service fees, deductibles, non-covered items, excluded conditions, upgrades, permits, code-related work, access issues, maintenance deficiencies, pre-existing conditions, cosmetic defects, or costs that fall outside the approved scope of coverage.

insurancefixits.com may repair, replace, decline, or limit coverage for a claim based on the applicable agreement, the condition of the covered item, contractor findings, practical repair considerations, and other stated exclusions or limitations.

Cancellation and Renewal

Customers may cancel their coverage agreement, but early cancellation terms apply. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, cancellation before the end of the initial term may result in a $500 cancellation fee.

Non-renewal, missed payments, or cancellation may affect continued access to coverage, claim handling, or plan benefits. Customers should review all cancellation and renewal terms before enrollment.

Contractors and Workmanship

Repairs and replacements are performed by independent contractors or service providers. insurancefixits.com coordinates covered service but does not guarantee exact appointment times, exact part availability, or same-day completion unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Customers may be asked to cooperate with scheduling, provide access to the property, and approve any non-covered costs before certain work can proceed.

Important Exclusions

General exclusions may include, without limitation, pre-existing conditions, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, misuse, cosmetic damage, code upgrades, structural work, inaccessible components, environmental damage, acts beyond reasonable control, and items not specifically included in the selected plan.

Website descriptions are summaries only. If there is any difference between marketing copy and the signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.
